We focus on peer-to-peer support, recognizing that the people who can best understand, respect and encourage a person living with brain injury to move forward is someone who shares that experience.
The group’s purpose is to provide a safe and courageous space to give and receive emotional support.
Support Groups meet once a month in person and once a month on Zoom. Meetings are free and open to anyone who has experienced a brain injury.
We try to limit participation to people who live with a brain injury. Members may attend the first meeting or two with a partner, friend or caregiver and can be accommodated longer term as needed.
